Welcome to Xyloa. These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Xyloa mobile application (“App”, “Service”), operated by Xyloa.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Xyloa is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
Xyloa is a travel journal and memory management application that allows users to:
• Upload travel diary content, notes, and related media
• Store and organize travel experiences
• View travel history within the App
• Access automatically generated visual statistics and chart-based summaries
The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within Xyloa, including text, photos, travel notes, and related materials (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant Xyloa a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use such content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Is abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or servers
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or exploit any part of the App
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.
All rights, title, and interest related to the App, including software, branding, interfaces, design elements, and functionality, remain the property of Xyloa or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of the App without prior written permission.
Your use of Xyloa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
While we aim to provide reliable data storage and access, Xyloa does not guarantee permanent availability or backup of uploaded content.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies of important information and memories.
The App may use third-party services such as analytics providers, cloud infrastructure services, or crash reporting tools.
Xyloa is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or their independent terms and policies.
Xyloa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous or uninterrupted operation of the App
• Complete accuracy of generated statistics or chart data
• Permanent storage or availability of uploaded content
• That the Service will always be error-free or secure
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyloa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the App
• Loss of content or data
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if users violate this Agreement or engage in behavior that may harm the Service or other users.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Updated versions will be made available within the App, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
